Having once worked for and studied with a big company, Adi knows from personal experience the discomfort, pain and bad posture that can be brought about by working at a desk: in daily life and especially in one’s professional life the body needs proper attention, help and care.
He decided to learn and work with this powerful and unique healing method after receiving his first full Thai Yoga Massage and experiencing the effects on his body and entire well being. His interest in a holistic approach has also brought him to study and work with expressive bodywork and movement and further techniques for posture correction, which has enhanced his personal approach to giving Thai Yoga Massage. He believes a conscious experience of one’s own body and its connection with emotional well being is an important part of the treatment.
