Fy’s building a new way for millennials to discover and shop on mobile whilst giving the world’s best brands a new way to showcase and sell their amazing products.
We’re marrying creativity, technology and data in a way not seen before. From our app to our delivery experience we want our users to fall in love with Fy.
To lead and coordinate the creation of the hottest, most interesting content for our users whilst ensuring we hit commercial targets by maximising exposure for our products across our app, social and marketing channels. You will be creating and merchandising exciting product-led, fashion & lifestyle stories that enable them to discover & shop the hottest new brands.
SPECIFICALLY YOU’LL BE EXPECTED TO :
Develop & lead Fy’s content/editorial strategy across the app, in order to increase in-app sessions, engagement and conversion. You will be make sure that our users see only original, fresh, and innovative, which keeps them coming back.
Oversee all in-app content layout & promotions, work on updating the feed with fresh & targeted stories, promotions, whilst continually evolving how content is seen and engaged with in the app
Concept & work with the creative team to execute content stories across multiple formats such as video, gif, photo story etc.
Be the guardian of the Fy editorial calendar – working to plan content campaigns that are topical, trend driven & tell the stories of our products & designers, while managing workflow & scheduling. Work closely with the marketing teams to redistribute content through other channels – social, email, push etc.
Be equal parts creative and analytical as you’ll also be responsible for KPIs and data analysis in order to track & review the performance of each campaign, using numbers and trends to build and develop the Fy audience
Work with our Brand Services team to commission & repurpose brand created content. You will also liaise closely with our PR team to provide story ideas, theme grids & brand content for external use
Above all else we’re looking for someone who has demonstrated the ability to get large amounts of high impact work done and is excited about a new challenge.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Experience in editorial and audience development, you have a deep understanding of what great, engaging content is. What is people want to engage with & share
You’re keen user of social channels such as instagram, snapchat, facebook, tumblr etc.
Experience in copywriting, with strong design sensibilities & with an innate understanding of what’s “on brand” for Fy. And of course, an keen interest in fashion & lifestyle
You possesses a comprehensive knowledge of fashion news, celebrity news, pop culture, trends, and design. You should be comfortable working at a fast pace and be reactive to what is going on now
A self-starter with excellent time management skill who can simultaneously manage deadlines, develop solutions, and push stories through while maintaining one eye on upcoming material
